The Orange County Preferred Provider Organization (OCPPO) is part of the Orange County Foundation for Medical Care (OCFMC) which is one of 15 Foundations throughout the state of California that together form California’s largest statewide PPO/EPO and Workers’ Compensation networks under the California Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC).
The Foundations were originally started by local organized medicine and County Medical Associations for the purpose of preserving access to healthcare. This dynamic affiliation has created one of the most comprehensive California provider networks available in the marketplace today consisting of physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers.
Together with the CFMC we actively steer subscribers to network providers by making it financially attractive to use in-network providers. As a network provider we can ensure your practice will receive more exposure, increased referrals and network representation that truly advocates for its providers. The OCFMC has over 75,000 members in LA and Orange County areas who utilize our network and CFMC has over 1.1 million members statewide.
